The first order takes a bit longer as the dye needs to be created. In most cases after you approve your proof you can expect your order in 4-6 weeks. If you have rush needs, please explain at time of order, so we can try to accommodate in a shorter time frame. Repeat orders can be done quicker.

You can do any of the three. Pricing is based what you buy.
Can I rush my order?
Yes, and depending on exact needs will depend on cost. Sometimes there will be no extra charge, so long as shipping doesn't need to be increased. Once it arrives in the Greater Vancouver area, we ship direct to you. In most cases shipping is very quick on standard shipping and is included in the time specified above.
Do I get a proof?
Yes, you will get a proof for both your coins and packaging. This needs to be approved before production starts.
If I repeat my order, will I pay set up again?
No, exact repeats do not pay the set up again.
Can you do a color match of a logo? Does that have a cost?
Yes, we can do an exact color match to your logo and that is free.
Do extra colors have extra cost?
No, this is full color and is all included in the price.
What type of metal can you choose?
We use gold or silver.
Can I group my order with someone else to get savings for higher quantity pricing?
Absolutely, we do many group orders to help offset the cost.
Are there stock dyes I can choose from to save on set up?
Yes, we do have some logos of different companies (IE Real Estate, Mortgage, Insurance and many more) Please ask your customer service rep to see if we have a stock design you could use on 2 of 4 sides and receive $100 off your first order.
FOR FUNDRAISING: we do have several options to choose from that can be viewed on our website. We would customize by making custom packaging, bringing your set up to only $50.
When do I pay for my order?
In most cases it is full prepayment. We secure your pricing right away with the factory so that we can guarantee the price for you. In the instance of larger orders, some terms may be made at time of order to help accommodate individual situations. We accept check, Visa or MasterCard.
FOR FUNDRAISING: we do accept PO's, check and Visa or MasterCard.
Can I get a physical sample of my item before I order it?
As individual dyes need to be made, we cannot do a one item sample. The proofing will show exactly how the item will print. We do have lots of samples on hand if you would like to see the quality of the item, we will gladly send you a sample.
What do I do if there is a mistake on my order?
Please contact our office right away 1844.612.4326 and explain the issue. Your concerns will be immediately addressed and rectified. We aim to please.
How do I distribute?
COMPANIES AND INDIVIDUALS: Some people hand out (I always suggest giving 2 to people and give one to them and one to someone they know who could use your services right now. You teach to give referrals and it's a great way to give yourself marketing at a low cost. You can mail. You can give at events or treat as a business card. The choice is yours. Feel free to ask for different way to distribute, and we will do our best to work a plan to best accommodate you!
